Good to know before you book.

Do I need an account?

To book and pay straight away, you create a free account in about a minute — it's where you track the job and see the proof. Just want a quote? No account needed: send a request and we'll confirm on WhatsApp.

How do I pay?

Fixed-price services can be booked and paid straight away — by card in US dollars through Stripe, or in naira through Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD). For quoted jobs we confirm the price first, then send a secure payment link. You receive a receipt by email.

How do I know the job was done?

Every task comes with proof — check-in, photos, receipts and notes — reviewed by our team before it's sent to you.

Who are the Gigsters?

Local professionals we've vetted, approved and trained: errand runners, drivers, verification agents, personal assistants and more.

Which cities do you cover?

Lagos is our home base, and we arrange help in other states by quote. Tell us where you need help and we'll confirm.

What if I need to cancel?

Message us as early as you can. If the job hasn't started, plan credits are returned and card payments are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
