Who visits my parent?
A Gigster we have vetted, approved and trained: ID and background checks, approval by our team, and training with a short quiz before their first job. You are told who is assigned before they arrive.
What will I receive after the visit?
A check-in when the Gigster arrives, photos from the visit and a short written report. Our team reviews it before it is sent to you.
How much does a welfare check cost?
Prices start from the amount shown on this page. We confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
Can you visit every month?
Yes. You can book a single visit, or choose a monthly plan for regular check-ins and errands for your family.
Can you also buy groceries or medicine for my parent?
Yes. Add a grocery stock-up or an errand to the same booking. Anything bought comes with the receipt, within the budget you agree.
Do you cover areas outside Lagos?
Lagos is our home base. We arrange visits in other states by quote — tell us where your parent lives and we will confirm.
How do I pay?
Once we have confirmed the job and the price on WhatsApp, you pay securely through Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD. You get a receipt by email.
What if I need to cancel?
Message us as early as you can. If the job has not started, plan credits are returned and card payments are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
