This page explains how to request deletion of your The Naija Concierge account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time — you do not need an active subscription or request to do so.
How to request deletion
- Email us at [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. (Alternatively, ask our team in the app’s Messages screen or on WhatsApp at +1 350 216 8620.)
- We verify that the request comes from the account holder, to protect your data.
- We delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
On a verified request we permanently delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your profile — name, email address and phone number
- Your saved home, family and service addresses
- Your in-app messages with our concierge team
- Your device push-notification tokens and notification preferences
- Your account login credentials
What is kept, and for how long
Some records must be retained after account deletion to meet legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. These are kept only for as long as required and then deleted:
